Finding Beauty in Everyday Life

Join me for a three-week exploration of photography using your iPhone and your eyes. There is beauty all around us. In this workshop we’ll discover how ordinary moments, morning light, peeling paint, coffee cups, clouds, grandchildren, dogs, and even the mysterious contents of your refrigerator can become photographs worth remembering. We’ll explore topics like the magic of light and shadow, pictures that tell a story, and why timing matters. Along the way, we’ll use the work of great photographers for inspiration. Jan Armor is an educator and award-winning fine art photographer with 40 years of experience in both digital and traditional media.
