The Founding of the Founding: The Origins of American Liberty

How can we maintain American liberty? Many important philosophical, political, religious, and cultural ideas and practices came together to influence our country’s founding. This talk will discuss those key influences and give us all a better understanding of the conditions necessary to preserve American liberty in our day.

Luigi Bradizza, Ph.D., holds a doctorate in politics from the University of Dallas. He is a professor of political science and in the department of political science and international relations at Salve Regina University. He has published several scholarly articles and book chapters on American political thought and political philosophy. He is the author of Richard T. Ely’s Critique of Capitalism.
